You need to contact your landlord and make them aware of the problem.

Your landlord is legally permitted up to 6 month to deal with the issues, so we can only help once it becomes 6 months or more from when you reported the issues to your landlord

However, depending on the urgency of the repair, your landlord must respond to any repair request within a reasonable time frame.

For repairs, such as heating and plumbing problems, landlords should address them within 24 hours
